Terms of Service

According to § 312d Paragraph 4 No. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal or return does not apply to:

“Distance sales contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs.

- This is where all custom-made cages / enclosures that do not correspond to our standard products and products with a personal image / logo request fall.

- as well as significant changes to standard products that have been made at the customer's request and make resale almost impossible or only with considerable loss of value.

Please note that we work with natural wood. This means that no workpiece is the same as the other, the appearance varies depending on the wood used. No liability is assumed for the shape, appearance or natural changes in the wood, and this does not give rise to any grounds for complaint. Drying cracks cannot always be avoided and are not a defect.

- After delivery, vouchers / digital content are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
